Mudslide Pudding Shots.
Chocolate Shells
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- ¾ cup white chocolate, melted
Mudslide Pudding Mix (makes approximately 2 ½ – 3cups)
Ingredients:
- 1 3.9 oz Instant Jell-O Chocolate Mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup Kahlua
- 1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 1 1/2 cup homemade whip cream (recipe follows)
Instructions:
To make chocolate shells
1. Melt both chocolates. Using a small paint brush, lightly spot areas with semi-sweet chocolate. Then use a separate brush and cover walls of form with white chocolate transfer to freezer and chill for 5 minutes. Remove and apply a second coat and chill once more. The chocolate cups can be made 3 days in advance and kept at room temperature or stored in the refrigerator.
1. Place pudding mix and miTo make mudslide pudding mixlk in a bowl and whisk to combine. Add in Kahlua and Bailey’s and vigorously whisk to combine. Fold in whip cream until no streaks remain.
Assembly:
1. Fill a pastry bag with pudding mix and fit with preferred tip and pipe into chocolate shells.
Booze Birthday Cake Shots!
What you need:
- 1 oz. Cake Vodka
- 1 tsp Dry White Cake Mix
- 1/2 oz. Whipped Cream Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Half & Half
- Whipped Cream
- Sprinkles
How to make:
Shake all ingredients in a martini shaker with ice and strain into sprinkle-rimmed (optional) shooter or shot glass and top with whipped cream and more sprinkles.
Mint Chocolate Chip Shooter
- 3/4 oz. Sugar Cookie Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Creme De Menthe
Pour ingredients in a shot glass & serve.
Cookies N’ Cream
- 2 oz. Sugar Cookie Vodka
- 4 oz. Cola
- Dash of Vanilla Extract
Pour vodka & coke over ice in a glass & add the vanilla extract. Garnish with chocolate shaves or a oreo.
Sugar Cooki-tini
- 1 1/2 oz. Sugar Cookie Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Coffee Liquor
- 1 oz. Half & Half
- 1 1/2 oz. Milk
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into glass.
Mint Chocolate Cookie
- 1/2 oz. Sugar Cookie Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Irish Cream Liquor
- 1/2 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
Add equal parts of ingredients in a shaker with ice & strain into a shot glass.
Butter Cookie
- 1/2 oz. Sugar Cookie Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Irish Cream Liquor
- 1/4 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
Add equal parts of ingredients in a shaker with ice & strain into a shot glass.
Chocolate Cookie Martini
- 1 1/2 oz. Sugar Cookie Vodka
- 1 oz. Creme De Cacao
- 3/4 oz. Half & Half
Pour ingredients in a shaker with ice & shake. Strain into a glass & garnish with cookie crumbs.
Lemon Bar
- 1 1/2 oz. Sugar Cookie Vodka
- 1 oz. Sprite
- 1 oz. Lemonade
Pour in a glass over ice & stir.
Orangesicle Shot Recipe.
What you will need:
- 1 1/2 oz. Orange Rum
- 1 1/2 oz. Cream
- 1/2 oz. Orange Juice
- Whipped Topping (optional)
How to make it:
Blend ingredients and serve in a powdered sugar rimmed shot glass. Top with whipped topping & enjoy!
Peanut Buttery Shot Recipe.
What you need:
- 1 ounce vanilla vodka
- 1 ounce Irish cream liqueur
- 1 ounce milk
- 1/2 ounce butterscotch schnapps
- creamy peanut butter
How to make:
- Prepare shot glasses. With a pastry brush “paint” the inside of two shot glasses with a little peanut butter.
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, add vanilla vodka, Irish cream liqueur, milk, and butterscotch schnapps. Shake for 20-30 seconds and serve into shot glasses.
S’mores Shots in Chocolate Shot Glass.
What you need:
- 10-12 oz. dark chocolate
- Shot Glass Mold (Like this: http://astore.amazon.com/spabettie-20/detail/B000I1UTNE)
- 2-3 tablespoons Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 4 oz. Chocolate vodka
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 tbsp Whip Cream
How to make:
Shot glasses (make a day ahead):
In medium saucepan, melt dark chocolate over medium heat. Spoon into shot glass mold, let cool. Place in refrigerator to set, preferably overnight. Makes four chocolate glasses.Vanilla Whip:
Stir vanilla into whip cream.Pulse 2-3 graham crackers in food processor to a fine crumb (or use store bought crumbs), pour onto a flat plate. Wet the rim of each chocolate shot glass with water, roll in graham crumbs. Pour 1 ounce chocolate vodka into each shot glass, top with vanilla whip.
Make your own Baileys.
What you need:
- 1 C heavy cream
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/3 C Irish whiskey (I used Jameson)
- 2 T chocolate syrup
- 1 t instant coffee
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 t almond extract
How to make:
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend for 1 minute. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to one month.
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Martini.
What you need:
- 2 1/2 ounces Reese’s Mini Peanut Butter Cup Infused Vodka, recipe below
- 4 ounces milk
- 1 teaspoon Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
- 4 mini peanut butter Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, for garnish
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Infused Vodka
- 6 ounces Vodka
- 1/4 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
How to make:
- To prepare the infused vodka, combine vodka and Reese’s Mini Peanut Butter Cups in a clean mason jar. Close jar tightly and store in a cool dry place for 7 days. Give it a good shake once or twice per day.
- Once vodka has been infused, strain into a clean mason jar using a fine mesh sieve or cheese cloth. Store in a cool place or in the freezer.
- To prepare the martini, combine infused vodka, Hershey’s chocolate syrup and milk in a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake for 30-40 seconds and pour into two small martini glasses.
- Garnish with Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Make your own Kahlua.
What you need:
- 1 quart water
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons instant coffee
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups vodka
How to make:
Boil water, coffee and sugar. Just as it boils, turn down heat to medium low and simmer for 2 hours (stirring occassionally). After two hours, you should have a syrup that coats the back of your spoon. Let cool and add vanilla and vodka.
Double Stuff Oreo Martini.
What you need:
Double Stuff Oreo Infused Vodka
- 4 ounces vodka
- 2 Double Stuff Oreo cookies, ground or finely chopped
Double Stuff Oreo Martini
- 1 tablespoon Smucker’s marshmallow topping
- 4 ounces Double Stuff Oreo Infused Vodka
- 2 ounces dark creme de cacao
- 2 ounces Tres Leches Liqueur
- 2 Double Stuff Oreo Cookies
How to make it:
Double Stuff Oreo Infused Vodka
- Combine the vodka and ground Double Stuff Oreos into a mason jar or perhaps into an empty bottle of vodka you just happened to have laying around for just this occasion. Make sure the jar or bottle is tightly sealed.
- Store in a cool dry place and give it a good shake once or twice per day for 7 to 10 days.
- Once vodka has been infused, strain into a clean mason jar using a fine mesh sieve, cheese cloth, or disposable coffee filter. Store in a cool place or in the freezer until ready to use.
Double Stuf Oreo Martini
- Drizzle two martini glasses with marshmallow topping.
- Combine infused vodka, dark creme de cacao and Tres Leches liqueur in a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake for 30-40 seconds and pour into prepared martini glasses.
- Garnish each martini glass with a Double Stuff Oreo Cookie.
