Pineapple Upside Down Cake Martini.
What you need:
- 2 oz. Cake vodka
- 2 oz. Caramel vodka
- 4 oz. Pineapple juice
- 2 Maraschino cherries
- fresh pineapple wedges for garnish
How to make it:
- Place maraschino cherries into two martini glasses.
- Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled half-way with ice. Shake for 20-30 seconds strain and serve into martini glasses.
- Garnish each glass with a fresh pineapple wedge, if desired.
Rock Candy Jello Shots.
Ingredients:
Jello:
- 1 large packet Lime Jell-o
Gelatin Mix:
- 2 packets of Knox plain gelatin
- 1 ½ cups water boiling water
- 3 oz. whiskey sour
- 3 oz .Midori Melon Liqueur
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions:
Jello:
- Lightly cover 8×8 pan with bake spray. Follow instructions on the Jell-O box to make jigglers. To remove finished jigglers from pan run knife along edge of pan and then set pan in warm water for five minutes. Release jiggler from pan and dice. Place diced jiggler in an 8×4 bread loaf pan lightly covered with bake spray. Return to refrigerate overnight.
Gelatin Mix:
- In a saucepan boil 11/2 cup water. Transfer boiled water to a heat proof bowl for cooling.
- Combine Midori Melon Liqueur and sweet and sour mix in cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake. Pour cocktail mix into a bowl and sprinkle gelatin over it and leave to rest for five. Slowly pour hot water into the cocktail mix and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved, about five minutes. Add in sugar.
Assembly:
- Remove chilled pan with diced jiggler from refrigerator. Gently pour final gelatin mix over the diced jiggler until liquid reaches ¾ of the way up. Do not pour to the point of submersion. Return pan to refrigerator for another 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove pan and cut into 3x 1/21inch strips, cutting sides in a jagged motion as you do so. Insert Popsicle stick through the middle.
How to make homemade Orange & Cranberry flavored vodka.
What you need:
- 1 cup Fresh Cranberries
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 1 piece Fresh Orange Peel (2-by-1 inch)
- 3 Cups of Vodka
How to make it:
- In a small saucepan, heat cranberries, sugar, and water until the sugar dissolves, the liquid begins to turn a light-pink color, and the cranberries just begin to pop.
- Pour the cranberries and the liquid into a large glass jar.
- Stir in the orange peel and vodka.
- Cover, and let the mixture stand at room temperature for at least 3 days or up to one month.
- Strain before serving.
Bushwhacker Jello Shot Recipe.
What you will need:
- ½ cup water
- 3/8 cup vanilla ice cream, melted
- 2 envelopes Knox gelatin
- ¼ cup Kahlua
- ¼ cup crème de cacao
- ¼ cup Bailey’s
- 1/8 cup light rum
- 1/8 cup dark rum
- 1/8 cup amaretto
- 1/8 cup Coco Lopez
- Magic Shell ice cream topper, for garnish, if desired
How to make them:
Pour water in saucepan, sprinkle with gelatin. Allow gelatin to soak for a few minutes. Add the melted ice cream. Heat over very low heat until gelatin is dissolved, stirring constantly (approximately 5 minutes). Once combined, stir in the Coco Lopez, rum and the liqueurs.Pour mixture into standard glass or non-reactive metal 1 lb loaf pan (approximately 8” x 4”). Refrigerate until fully set (several hours or overnight).To serve, cut into desired shapes. Drizzle with Magic Shell, and place in freezer for 30 seconds to harden. Return to refrigerator until immediately before serving.
Cake Vodka Milkshake Recipe.
What you will need:
- 3 scoops vanilla bean ice cream
- 1 oz cake flavored vodka (or more- this stuff goes down nice and easy)
- 1/2 cup milk (more for a thinner shake)
- Whipped Topping
- Sprinkles
How to make it:
- Scoop the ice cream.
- Pour in the vodka & milk.
- Stir it really good.
- Coat the rim with sprinkles. Use a little melted ice cream to make them stick.
- Add some whipped cream & top with more sprinkles.
Vodka Root Beer Recipe.
What you will need:
- 2 oz. Vodka
- 5 oz. Root Beer
- Whipping cream for garnish
- Maraschino Cherry (optional)
How to make it:
- Fill glass with ice
- Pour vodka over ice and then fill with root beer
- Garnish top with whipping cream and cherry if desired
Homemade Peach Flavored Vodka.
What you will need:
- 1 1/2 cups diced peaches
- 3-4 cups vodka
How to make it:
- Put all of the peaches into a quart-sized Mason jar. Pour the vodka over the fruit, filling to the top. Cover and shake.
- Allow to infuse for 5-7 days, shaking the jar one or two times a day.
- Strain the vodka by dumping it through a coffee filter.
- Pour the vodka back into the jar/container you used. Put in freezer. Can stay in freezer for 3-4 months.
Butter Beer for Adults! ;)
What you need:
- 8 ounces Butterscotch Schnapps
- 2 liter Cream Soda
- 1 small container Marshmallow Creme.
How to make it:
In a small bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of marshmallow creme and one tablespoon of butterscotch schnapps. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir together and set aside. Pour 8 ounces of schnapps in the bottom of a pitcher, then fill the rest up with cream soda and stir gently to mix together. Pour marshmallow mixture on top. As you pour the butter beer into drinking glasses, the marshmallow will aerate, creating a creamy foam on top of the drink.
Mississippi Mudtini Drink Recipe.
What you need:
- 4 tablespoons Pinnacle Marshmallow Vodka
- 3 tablespoons Godiva Chocolate liqueur
- 3 tablespoons milk or cream
- 2 tablespoons nut liqueur such as Nocello or a pecan liqueur
- 2 teaspoons Hershey’s chocolate syrup
- Chocolate whipped cream (such as Reddi-wip)
- Chocolate shavings or curls
How to make it:
- Mix marshmallow vodka, chocolate liqueur, milk/cream, nut liqueur, and chocolate syrup
- in a shaker with ice. Shake for about 30 seconds.
- Strain drink into glass. Top drink with whipped cream and chocolate as desired.
