Mudslide Pudding Shots.

Chocolate Shells

Ingredients:

¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate, melted

¾ cup white chocolate, melted

Mudslide Pudding Mix (makes approximately 2 ½ – 3cups)

Ingredients:

1 3.9 oz Instant Jell-O Chocolate Mix

3/4 cup milk

1/3 cup Kahlua

1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream

1 1/2 cup homemade whip cream (recipe follows)

Instructions:

To make chocolate shells

1. Melt both chocolates. Using a small paint brush, lightly spot areas with semi-sweet chocolate. Then use a separate brush and cover walls of form with white chocolate transfer to freezer and chill for 5 minutes. Remove and apply a second coat and chill once more. The chocolate cups can be made 3 days in advance and kept at room temperature or stored in the refrigerator.

1. Place pudding mix and miTo make mudslide pudding mixlk in a bowl and whisk to combine. Add in Kahlua and Bailey’s and vigorously whisk to combine. Fold in whip cream until no streaks remain.

Assembly:

1. Fill a pastry bag with pudding mix and fit with preferred tip and pipe into chocolate shells.

1 oz. Cake Vodka

1 tsp Dry White Cake Mix

1/2 oz. Whipped Cream Vodka

1/2 oz. Half & Half

Whipped Cream

Sprinkles

How to make:

Shake all ingredients in a martini shaker with ice and strain into sprinkle-rimmed (optional) shooter or shot glass and top with whipped cream and more sprinkles.

Pour ingredients in a shot glass & serve.

Cookies N’ Cream

2 oz. Sugar Cookie Vodka

4 oz. Cola

Dash of Vanilla Extract

Pour vodka & coke over ice in a glass & add the vanilla extract. Garnish with chocolate shaves or a oreo.

1/2 oz. Coffee Liquor

1 oz. Half & Half

1 1/2 oz. Milk

Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into glass.

Mint Chocolate Cookie

1/2 oz. Sugar Cookie Vodka

1/2 oz. Irish Cream Liquor

1/2 oz. Peppermint Schnapps

Add equal parts of ingredients in a shaker with ice & strain into a shot glass.

Butter Cookie

1/2 oz. Sugar Cookie Vodka

1/2 oz. Irish Cream Liquor

1/4 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps

Add equal parts of ingredients in a shaker with ice & strain into a shot glass.

Chocolate Cookie Martini

1 1/2 oz. Sugar Cookie Vodka

1 oz. Creme De Cacao

3/4 oz. Half & Half

Pour ingredients in a shaker with ice & shake. Strain into a glass & garnish with cookie crumbs.

Lemon Bar

1 1/2 oz. Sugar Cookie Vodka

1 oz. Sprite

1 oz. Lemonade

Pour in a glass over ice & stir.

1/2 ounce butterscotch schnapps

How to make:

Prepare shot glasses. With a pastry brush “paint” the inside of two shot glasses with a little peanut butter.

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, add vanilla vodka, Irish cream liqueur, milk, and butterscotch schnapps. Shake for 20-30 seconds and serve into shot glasses.

10-12 oz. dark chocolate

2-3 tablespoons Graham Cracker Crumbs

4 oz. Chocolate vodka

1 tsp vanilla

4 tbsp Whip Cream

How to make:

Shot glasses (make a day ahead):
In medium saucepan, melt dark chocolate over medium heat. Spoon into shot glass mold, let cool. Place in refrigerator to set, preferably overnight. Makes four chocolate glasses.

Vanilla Whip:
Stir vanilla into whip cream.

Pulse 2-3 graham crackers in food processor to a fine crumb (or use store bought crumbs), pour onto a flat plate. Wet the rim of each chocolate shot glass with water, roll in graham crumbs. Pour 1 ounce chocolate vodka into each shot glass, top with vanilla whip.

1 t instant coffee

1 t vanilla extract

1 t almond extract

How to make:

2 1/2 ounces Reese’s Mini Peanut Butter Cup Infused Vodka, recipe below

4 ounces milk

1 teaspoon Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup

4 mini peanut butter Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, for garnish

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Infused Vodka

6 ounces Vodka

1/4 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

How to make:

To prepare the infused vodka, combine vodka and Reese’s Mini Peanut Butter Cups in a clean mason jar. Close jar tightly and store in a cool dry place for 7 days. Give it a good shake once or twice per day.

Once vodka has been infused, strain into a clean mason jar using a fine mesh sieve or cheese cloth. Store in a cool place or in the freezer.

To prepare the martini, combine infused vodka, Hershey’s chocolate syrup and milk in a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake for 30-40 seconds and pour into two small martini glasses.

1 quart water

2 1/2 cups sugar

3 tablespoons instant coffee

1 tablespoon vanilla

2 1/2 cups vodka

How to make:

Boil water, coffee and sugar. Just as it boils, turn down heat to medium low and simmer for 2 hours (stirring occassionally). After two hours, you should have a syrup that coats the back of your spoon. Let cool and add vanilla and vodka.

Double Stuff Oreo Infused Vodka

4 ounces vodka

2 Double Stuff Oreo cookies, ground or finely chopped

1 tablespoon Smucker’s marshmallow topping

4 ounces Double Stuff Oreo Infused Vodka

2 ounces dark creme de cacao

2 ounces Tres Leches Liqueur

How to make it:

Double Stuff Oreo Infused Vodka

Combine the vodka and ground Double Stuff Oreos into a mason jar or perhaps into an empty bottle of vodka you just happened to have laying around for just this occasion. Make sure the jar or bottle is tightly sealed.

Store in a cool dry place and give it a good shake once or twice per day for 7 to 10 days.

Once vodka has been infused, strain into a clean mason jar using a fine mesh sieve, cheese cloth, or disposable coffee filter. Store in a cool place or in the freezer until ready to use.

How to make it:

Place maraschino cherries into two martini glasses.

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled half-way with ice. Shake for 20-30 seconds strain and serve into martini glasses.

Ingredients:

Jello:

1 large packet Lime Jell-o

Gelatin Mix:

2 packets of Knox plain gelatin

1 ½ cups water boiling water

3 oz. whiskey sour

3 oz .Midori Melon Liqueur

1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions:

Jello:

Lightly cover 8×8 pan with bake spray. Follow instructions on the Jell-O box to make jigglers. To remove finished jigglers from pan run knife along edge of pan and then set pan in warm water for five minutes. Release jiggler from pan and dice. Place diced jiggler in an 8×4 bread loaf pan lightly covered with bake spray. Return to refrigerate overnight.

Gelatin Mix:

In a saucepan boil 11/2 cup water. Transfer boiled water to a heat proof bowl for cooling.

Combine Midori Melon Liqueur and sweet and sour mix in cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake. Pour cocktail mix into a bowl and sprinkle gelatin over it and leave to rest for five. Slowly pour hot water into the cocktail mix and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved, about five minutes. Add in sugar.

Assembly:

Remove chilled pan with diced jiggler from refrigerator. Gently pour final gelatin mix over the diced jiggler until liquid reaches ¾ of the way up. Do not pour to the point of submersion. Return pan to refrigerator for another 4 hours or overnight.

Remove pan and cut into 3x 1/21inch strips, cutting sides in a jagged motion as you do so. Insert Popsicle stick through the middle.

What you need:

1 cup Fresh Cranberries

1/4 cup Sugar

2 Tablespoons Water

1 piece Fresh Orange Peel (2-by-1 inch)

3 Cups of Vodka

How to make it:

In a small saucepan, heat cranberries, sugar, and water until the sugar dissolves, the liquid begins to turn a light-pink color, and the cranberries just begin to pop.

Pour the cranberries and the liquid into a large glass jar.

Stir in the orange peel and vodka.

Cover, and let the mixture stand at room temperature for at least 3 days or up to one month.

Strain before serving.

½ cup water

3/8 cup vanilla ice cream, melted

2 envelopes Knox gelatin

¼ cup Kahlua

¼ cup crème de cacao

¼ cup Bailey’s

1/8 cup light rum

1/8 cup dark rum

1/8 cup amaretto

1/8 cup Coco Lopez

Magic Shell ice cream topper, for garnish, if desired

How to make them:

Pour water in saucepan, sprinkle with gelatin. Allow gelatin to soak for a few minutes. Add the melted ice cream. Heat over very low heat until gelatin is dissolved, stirring constantly (approximately 5 minutes). Once combined, stir in the Coco Lopez, rum and the liqueurs.

Pour mixture into standard glass or non-reactive metal 1 lb loaf pan (approximately 8” x 4”). Refrigerate until fully set (several hours or overnight).

To serve, cut into desired shapes. Drizzle with Magic Shell, and place in freezer for 30 seconds to harden. Return to refrigerator until immediately before serving.

3-4 cups vodka

How to make it:

Put all of the peaches into a quart-sized Mason jar. Pour the vodka over the fruit, filling to the top. Cover and shake.

Allow to infuse for 5-7 days, shaking the jar one or two times a day.

Strain the vodka by dumping it through a coffee filter.

Pour the vodka back into the jar/container you used. Put in freezer. Can stay in freezer for 3-4 months.

2 liter Cream Soda

1 small container Marshmallow Creme.

How to make it:

In a small bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of marshmallow creme and one tablespoon of butterscotch schnapps. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir together and set aside. Pour 8 ounces of schnapps in the bottom of a pitcher, then fill the rest up with cream soda and stir gently to mix together. Pour marshmallow mixture on top. As you pour the butter beer into drinking glasses, the marshmallow will aerate, creating a creamy foam on top of the drink.

How to make it:
